Classroom games
ScholarshipIn a paper. Clingo has an ECGBL paper. Comparative judgement has talks and a short piece on using GPT to summarise peer comments.
TeachingUsed in teaching. Bingo with placement phrases, a spinning Equality Act wheel, ranking posters by picking a winner, ethics cases with a chatbot. These are in rooms now.
Mostly teaching. Health students, a room, a thing you can click or spin or shout at, then a conversation. Some of it has papers. Some of it is still a toy I would actually open in a class.
The stream stuff is sitting nearby. Chat versus Harold Bishop is already a game. It is not billed as a class.
Already tied to
- Wrestling. The workshops were a room, a picture, and an argument.
- Text adventures. Vetscape was already a teaching case. Twine instead of a PDF.
Could be built
- Streaming. A class in chat, a case on screen, Harold Bishop optional.
- Idle games. Change the odds while a class is in the map, and talk about the system rather than the mine.
- Wikipedia. A session that is just: pick a fandom, pull a graph, argue with it. I have done the wrestling version off-timetable.
